Delivery times:
The delivery time of your order is divided into two phases:

Processing time:
Your order is approved, quality checked, and packaged. All orders are forwarded to the fulfillment center within 1 hour of receipt. -
Shipping time:
This is the time required to deliver the goods from the fulfillment center to the final destination. Delivery typically takes 8 to 16 business days.
Logistics partners:
Logistics is handled by DHL and UPS .
Shipping Confirmation Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number(s).The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Lost package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with the refund or return.
Non-acceptance of parcels:
If a parcel is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Glowthry has covered the delivery costs. If the parcel is not accepted or not picked up by the post office, it is automatically returned to the delivery company. In this case, we will send you a new parcel free of charge. If it is not accepted the second time, we reserve the right to withhold 15 Euros from the amount you will receive in return.
